Hack-A-Asik and clutch Diaw will probably ruin my dream of not seeing OKC in the playoffs.

Suspense, it will be a tight game until the end.

I actually have to teach metric so I do know what you are talking about but I find it funny when people use it here. Don't get me wrong the rest of the worlds system makes a ton more sense than ours.

Warriors better not take the Pelicans lightly.

Whew, it was a nailbiter but we will not be seeing 100% hero-ball in the playoffs ! And for that I am thankful.

Dougie McBuckets would have just given Clifford a stroke. "MKG can't play guard, he's a forward, Doug to slow to play guard, to small to play Pf, I can't play him anywhere. Better hide him in the locker room, hey Dougie just stay underneath this pile of towels until the game ends"

Undersized PF? That's Clifford's bread and butter, McBuckets would have seriously challenged Marvin Williams for starting PF. Hell, maybe challenged Biz for back up C.

If you look at it thru wise eyes this season went great. It allowed reality to set in before we became that treadmill team that we didn't wanna be.

I'm actually pretty relieved our season is over. None of us were getting any enjoyment from watching this team anymore. Here is to hoping that we have a good plan for this off-season.

Got to see most of the game, and I haven't seen nearly as many this season as others. Nice to see Noah and Troy get minutes and contribute. Marvin still stinks, Hendo gave the best he had to give (average to good at times). Two concerns that were evident last night, in other parts of the season, and linger into the summer;

Kemba played poorly. I know he needs better players around him, and he can improve with those people, but he has to become a much better distributor and playmaker to be worthy of taking us into the playoffs. Biz was abused in the paint. He is too small to handle big 5's. He has made progress for sure, but not convinced he is our solution for major minutes there.

Glad this season is over. Would love to see Cliff move on, but doubt that happens.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

I think this is technically the first losing season I've ever seen of the "Charlotte Hornets." I think I became a fan back around the 92/93 season, and they had never had a losing season from then until now. Their last losing season was 91/92.

Forever Bobcats, indeed.

Sad I don't get to watch anymore of my favorite team, but set the same time I'm glad this disaster of a season is over.

Just finished watching the second half. Tough season, but at least Vonleh and Daniels gave a little glimmer of hope. Obviously it sucks to know they could have probably helped us, in place of Lance and Maxiell respectively, after the all-star break but we can at least hope that Clifford saw their production and will pencil them into some sort of role next season to reward it.

The guys played a lot harder tonight than they did in some of the last few dead-man-walking games, it was good to go out firing. Might just be Hubie Brown's boosting for every player, no matter how bad, in the entire NBA skewing my thoughts though. Now what we saw last night were some young guys fighting for a job in this league, and they left it on the floor. I mean, c'mon, they've got some skills and they're taking advantage of their chances out there and that's all you can ask for as a coach.

(Seriously, I cracked up when he described Roberts as "Now here's a young guy with some serious ability, he's got a lot of nice parts to his game and he's really excelled in his role as a backup this season". Never change, Hubie.)

:o :o :sigh: :gossip: :censored: Daniels looked great against Toronto's First team. We should use him, as we did Neal ,next season.
As far as I'm concerned Vonleah is ready to take over Maxciels minutes and back up Cody if he's still here. Hubie Brown made a correct comment about Kemba when he said he shoots and misses too many shots as an NBA Point Guard.Maybe next season he will pass more and shoot less if he's still here. I'm pretty sure that Hendo (po) and Al (po) will both opt out. If they don't Cho will trade them.Hendo has played his ass off the last 6 games we lost so I know what he's thinking. As for Al,I see a western conference team getting him as a backup. Anyway another loss...The season is over for us...Next the draft....Summer League.....Trades....Camp....Next Season.....
