I haven't really followed college the last few years so I haven't got to see what kind of a coach Ollie is. I'm glad he is doing well though. I wish we'd consider him as a replacement for Cliff if he really has flashed NBA coaching potential.

Not sure he's shown enough NBA coaching potential flash but he's NBA friendly and familiar with the schemes after being a longtime journeyman that was a vet at the coach's hip at almost every stop in which one happened to be at OKC.

Anyway, OKC's intent to hire Ollie is a attempt to keep Durant around since Durant respect Ollie a lot from when he mentored him his first couple years in the league.

That is kind of the impression I got form him in the little I've seen of his teams. Seems like he is obviously a good coach and his NBA history could mean his coaching could translate to the NBA game. I didn't know about the Durant thing though.

He'd be better off declaring. That jumper doesn't get better in college you gotta be working it 24/7 with professional individual coaching. Its horrible haha

Phenomenal athlete though. I'd take him with a second rounder and sit him in the D league for a while. Athletic defenders like that don't come around often.

And before people mention MKG, he's in a whole other stratosphere on both ends

yeah he's got a really good feel for the game too. Good passer. If he could get the jumper reasonable he could be a decent bench guy for an NBA team

He is a bit of a nut job from what I have read. He caused a number of problems this year because he wanted the offense to run through him. For all he is good at it appears he was not the best teammate.

Brandon Ingram saying that Roy told him that UNC was notified by the NCAA about allegations on April 17th, and it turns out he lied? Or did he? Things are getting weird surrounding that kid.
