I assume for the celebrity game.

How much would the tickets be?

No idea. Maybe 150 to 200 upper level?

No idea what lowest value is. But average value over the last handful of years has ranged from $1500-$3500 for Saturday night. Sunday night is cheaper.

Lol. If I dish out 2,000 for a ticket to a basketball game when I get home all my clothes and belongings will be tossed outside and burned.

Some random info I looked at when it comes to the All Star game. I looked at the last ten all star locations that only had one team in that city (so not LA, NY, LV, etc). I looked at the teams year before, year of and year after.

The team's attendance grew by 1.5% from YB to YO, 4.8% from Y0 to YA, and 6.4% from YB to YA. So pretty good numbers that show that fans to get more intrigued in the team when the All Star game is present there. Obviously more goes into these numbers, but it isn't really how the team performs. 6 teams had their best attendance the year after the ASG.

Win% from YB to YO drops by 7%. Then increases by 4%, but overall is down 3% from the year before. The numbers for YB, YO, YA respectively for this are 51.9%, 44.9%, and 48.9%. Only two teams had their best year the YO. The All Star game really has no bearing on Win%, maybe it attracts FA, but I doubt it by much. Just wanted to use it to show it really isn't a reason attendance goes up.

One side note, Phoenix had literally the exact same attendance (755,302) for the Year Before and Year Of. Really random.

We are going to be going into the year of that all-star game with a core of Kemba, Lamb, MKG, Hairston, Zeller, and Kaminksy... I love how the up-coming all-star game is what we think sparked the doubling down on the win-now movement this off-season, but the moves we made seem more likely to be setting us up to be a massive joke. We might be one of the worst teams in the league in 2017 with that core.

1 through 5 that lineup is better than what we had on the floor this season. MKG, Zeller, Hairston, Lamb, and Kaminsky will be 23 or 24; and Kemba will be 26 when that season rolls around. They'll all just be entering the prime athletic years of their career and will be playing better basketball than they are now. And we will for sure add at least one impact free agent to that group, with Biyombo hopefully among them still.

If one of Lamb and Hairston pans out, Kaminsky is legit, and we keep Biz, then you might be right.
