Most likely, they would put Deng on Nic and it is a bad match up for him. He rarely performed well against him, i guess the best game from Deng was when he was in Chicago and when he torched Nic & Matthews couple years ago. And Wade will get calls no matter what.
Celtics and Hawks seem more close match up for me, as our bench will be better than theirs. And that will be the key, i doubt our starters can make a difference against any other starting 5, even Celtics's despite last game.

I hope there will be some offense & iso plays for batum/Marvin/Lin/Lee so that they can post up their defender, throwing jumpers won't get it done. It would be a disaster if this team think they are the east conference warriors.

Glad that it looks like I'm not biased. I'm a big fan of Deng and think he could be the biggest problem on the Heat, his D can neutralize Nic or Marv and that would be a big concern.

If we lose tonight, we definitely get the 6.

So Hornets, Celtics and Hawks win would be only way we play Boston. What if we won the freaking Wiz game?

If we had won the Wiz game, we would have locked up 3rd spot all to ourselves.

Hawks could say the exact same thing right now. **** happens.

I understand the thought but I choose to look at the 10 or so games we would have lost in years past but won this season. I guess it evens out somehow.

I kind of feel bad now about this mockery after what Fats said. Bonnell announced last night that he was being treated for a blood clot in Boston and will miss work (J.Jones is covering the Hornets for the Observer in the meantime).
