hey all. So I was living in the jungle for a year with pretty limited access to the net, back in civilization now. hardly any posts for a year but looking forward to watching games and crapposting this year.

Seychelles, I was on the main island but in a remote corner, working in conservation.

haha, yeah. the seychelles is an amazing place, the job was awesome too, diving everyday on one of the best reefs in the world. It was pretty tough after the bleaching hit though. I got to see some amazing islands and nature too. I was on the island that the planet earth 2 footage was taken on, about three weeks ago. I was invited over to help tag nesting turtles.

no, thats the galapagos. I was where the pisonia trees and the birds were filmed, if you have seen that part yet.

Thanks for confirming. I had caught a glimpse of that video yesterday as it went viral and I was thinking to myself I need to dig further to find out where that was filmed, but never went back to research. You saved me some time. I'll have to look up the part on seychelles.
