Batum was a good defender but never a superior defender. Now with the Hornets I could see he is not even a good defender anymore. Some people will argue because he has to carry more of offensive load for the Hornets, but i just couldn't agree 100% with that reason. He simply has regressed on that end and I don't like that.

He just came back from an injury, I believe his minutes were limited. But at the same time, he barley gets any touches, he had 15 touches first game of the season and he scored 32 points. His post up game has improved significantly and can hit his ft's
It's not because he just came back from an injury. When you play along with Lowry and DeRozan, you couldn't expect to get a lot of touches.
