Refs not helping. I'm out. Kemba really not good past two games. Hate for theses last two games to be last thing coaches see before voting. Oh well. Maybe some late injuries to the All-Stars will let Kemba slide in as a 13th.

Anyway, I'm out.

By far Batum's worst game of the season. And that is certainly not hating on him saying so. He is the one draging the team down right now. Lost on every drive that lead to open guys, forgeting back doors (from Obre jnr or Porter in 1st half), always reacting 1 sec too late in D basically. And passing open shots because he has no confidence with every wizards playing the passing lane.

On the other hand, even with a good Batum i am not sure it would have been enough tonight. Bench did not bring what they should have.

Welp...Cody looked good?

Nic and Kemba go 9-33.

That sucked.

Beat GSW and all will be forgiven.

MKG was basically irrelevant in this game, other than a couple nice finishes on the break. Really feels like we need to be able to stick him on a scorer and take that scorer out of the game, but that's not how we defend and it's frustrating. Let Kemba or Batum get roasted one on one and then rip them for it, but don't keep pulling MKG off and playing soft D on two guys instead of one.

To be fair, he was working hard fighting through those Beal off ball screens, so I don't blame him for all those shots.

Cody was extremely impressive on both ends tonight. Think it was last WAS game when he got ripped by Cliff, nice to see someone show up.
