What did Vivek get for Cousins?
NOTHING!

That was LAST year. We had different players who are gone THIS year. And our core players we counted on (Batum, Marvin) are only getting older and worse. And we don't have any cap to sign players to help out. We aren't close to a 50 win team dude. Not this, or next year. And we weren't in contention for a ECF birth at any point, nevertheless a contender. So its pretty clear the Cho rebuild failed.

And again with the injuries. How many f'in years in a row do I have to hear "but if we weren't injured...". SICK of it.

Its basically the same team. No major additions or losses. Just this year cody has been out a lot. And we lose every game when he is out.

We still win at the same clip when he plays. Surprised you havent seen that stat, its mentioned a lot around here

I know the stats. I won't accept this front office blaming injuries for a bad season for pretty much every year since MJ bought the team. If you are constantly injured enough to not be a good team, the you aren't a good team and you are built horribly. Teams have had major injuries before and still gone on to win a playoff series or more.

Zeller is a big part of the problem because he helps out the other players on the team when compared to his back-ups. This team lives and dies by the 3. When Zeller went out, teams didn't have to worry about guarding the post and our fg% plummeted. Lots of good teams become mediocre when central pieces are missing. Look at Indiana when Paul George was out for the year. Honestly, what win record did you expect the Hornets to have this year? You don't just wake up and become champions overnight.
The Charlotte Hornets will win their first round series against the Boston Celtics in the 2021 Playoffs

Marv is our de facto C when he shares the floor with Frank. He is a grunt work big that tries to be an enforcer inside and very selectively takes shots, usually off drives to the rim, but has zero playmaking responsibility.

It's not about the label you're given, it's about the role you are performing. We traded for Miles because we wanted a PNR big that can play physical D and help on the boards. Nothing about Frank finding his outside shot changes those needs.
