My prediction is it's Portland that gave him a promise and he's probably happy with the fit. They're a team that's in good position to swing for the fences at 15.

To my horror it probably is us. If his med reports came back positive. Cho probably thinks they can bring him slowly and realize that potential he showed before his injuries. I doubt it.
