Lavar Bell would make an excellent WWE wrestling manager, he really knows how to create heat

yikes diop. was that a footy injury? you back to normal yet?

...as i type this with my left hand. cant use my right thumb currently. been icing it 4-5 a day, taking ibuprofen. have a dr apt in the morning. not sure how where this is headed, but its been 10 days and not getting any better. damn near impossible to function w/out using right thumb if youre right handed.

yeah footy, pretty sure I broke it at training, assumed it was just sore and played on the weekend trashing that bone.

I get the wire out in another 2 weeks and hopefully it slowly gets back to normal.

at least its just a little finger and not a thumb!
