I swear MCW played what seemed like the longest 16 minutes of awful basketball I’ve ever had to endure as a Hornets fan. He shot 0-5 while missing 3 open layups. It felt like he played 25-30 minutes honestly. No surprise that he had a -10 while Kemba had a +5 despite struggling mightily.
What our coaches don’t understand is that MCW is about as bad as it gets and doesn’t even belong in the NBA at this point. I don’t care what it looks like he’s playing like when he get a couple deflections a game because he’s just a negative net player all around.
With that said Frank has been just as unbearable as MCW.

Actually he did well defensively. He started the game on Turner and he did well for the 1st half, Turner only caught up in second half (with two jumpers against him) but he was pretty invisible (except for that "clutch" in ball that could have helped Hornets to win the game).
the staff (or Batum asked for it?) switched batum on Lillard in 2nd half at times with some success (especially considering that Lillard was geting hot between the end of the 2nd 1/4 and the beginning of the 3rd). I only remember one moment when he had to check Mc Collum but most of the time the Blazers never played batum in 1/1.
Its far from being perfect, but considering last few games it's a good step forward. And most of all, it's hard to blame Batum's defense on such a game where most players struggled (and that includes Kemba, Lamb, MKG and above all Frank & even MCW who struggled against mc collum). This is basically the kind of performance that would have helped the Hornets to have a much better standing if it had happened last couple of weeks.
