I do not agree. Silas is part of the old guard and we need a complete refresh. Silas had a long opportunity to get his stamp put on this team and they didn’t respond to him any better.

I would be OK with Cliff being fired and see advantages to it ... but I'm also OK with just letting things play out this season. Cliff is helping the tank. If Kemba likes Cliff then perhaps it's better to just let him retire with dignity at the end of his contract.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

I do not see Cliff being fired during this season. It really doesn’t help anything at this point. But I would have a plan ready to hit the eject button just after season’s end, with candidates already on paper ready to interview. Same with Cho, although I wouldn’t mind seeing him gone sooner and getting the new guy in beforehand (prepare for draft, etc.).

This was not his shot because he knew he had to turn the team back over. If he scrapped everything and rebuilt it in his image when Cliff came back there would have been trouble. The team responded to his subtle changes and started looking better and more energetic. I want to see what he can do with the team if he can make it himself.

Let Cliff lose more games this year so we can hopefully get in the top 10 of the draft, then get him outta here and line up the interviews

Tony Bennett, Jay Wright, and Shaka Smart should get a call to gauge their interest

If we don't go with Silas and give him a chance to take charge my number 2 guy is Bennett. He has shown tremendous flexibility with adapting to what players he can get and playing offense to their strengths while having a great defense. I would love to see what he could do given talent like he would have in the NBA.

I see your point of view, I'm just worried that Silas has been around Cliff too long

I definitely see that issue as well. I just feel like he is a smart guy who the players seem to like playing for. His minor offensive adjustments he was making while in charge made me feel he would really start it over on that side at least.
