Dwight will get his due credit for a 30-30 game, which is just stupid rare. He also made clutch FTs late.

Kemba deserves credit for helping the comeback and hitting the game-winner, as does Lamb for a clutch two.

Bacon needs a nod too, though, because he had a good game.

Clifford is coaching to keep his job lol he’s not gonna bench Kemba or try get better draft position. Every win matters for him in this final stretch going into exit interviews.

That’s the sad truth.

Which is exactly why we should fire him immediately. If these final games actually have any chance of saving his job then this franchise is hopeless.

You’d think MJ would be smart enough to ask him not to overplay not only the team’s best player but biggest asset too much in meaningless games. BUT nah.

Amazing night for Dwight, but we will regret every win down this stretch. Say what you will, but Howard has been a force on many nights this season. That stat he shares with Love is pretty amazing. Also pretty sure Love’s game was when he had to carry a sorry team.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Dwight just raised his trade stock for this offseason on a expiring contract. 30-30 baby!!!

Thought that was obvious. Dwight boosting his trade value is not a negative and worth *gasp* winning a game.

Incredible win without one of our elite defenders in MCW. Truly inspirational.

I think y'all forget who owns this team. Michael Jordan. He is not going to let any Charlotte team intentionally tank or intentionally go soft. That is for losers.

I certainly understand where he is coming from. To create a winning culture means giving no quarter, in his book.

Meh, more important to keep our cushion at the tenth pick than to inflate Dwight's numbers, but I knew they weren't just gonna lie down.

And those scrubs will drop while the players with more potential will rise. The better the pick we get the better opportunity to get the player that best fit our needs.

Yeah, that philosophy is why we are in the mess we are in right now. If the team you're watching right now is the team you're happy with for the next 15-20 years, then I guess there's no reason to change anything. Might as well give Cliff a 5 year extension while we're at it.

Agree. I could also see the gaudy box score numbers convincing MJ we shouldn't look to trade Dwight. You know if Clifford is still around hes going to be telling the front office that Dwight is an integral part of his game plan and we should keep him.

What the **** has happened to Marvin? Good Lord dude get it together.

Bacon and monk still taking too many pull up jumpers. But both showed some positive signs, bacon with a few good defensive possessions, and monk with some decent play making again.

So I guess we know now that Clifford views bacon as a better Defender than lamb, considering who was on the floor for that last defensive possession.

Anyone know if this is legit? If so, who starts over him? Hernangomez?

With Zeller injured it’ll likely be Hernangomez with Frank playing backup C instead of PF.

Monk had five assists in 17 minutes. That was pretty good, especially considering who he was out there with.

Bacon is a pretty good young SF, the kind we usually let go to another team and watch him become a good starter so we can hang onto MKG

I actually like Bacons potential quite a bit.

I'm glad to see someone give Monk credit. Some of his shots weren't that bad of shots (the team just couldn't hit anything for three quarters). Monk could have had eight or nine assists but guys missed shots.

To have a shot at eight or nine assists in only 17 minutes is not bad for the worst rotational player in the history of the NBA.
