create your own mold or end up a man without a position, its tons of players that didnt fit a mold and most of them didnt make it.

I think when you're a player who doesn't fit the mold it only works when you have a coach that knows how to utilize those players. I imagine a lot of the weird skill type players fall out of the league because they have coaches that did not use them.

Think his closest comp is Marcus Smart.

Fair. Also there are some core skillsets that are necessary for success, so even if someone has an unorthodox skillset they at least have to cover the basics.

I haven't seen anything from him that makes me think he will be anything of value. I have seen some mocks taking him
in the lottery. I wouldn't even use our second rounder on him. He is very athletic while not being athletic at all at the same time which is weird.

Yeah that sounds a lot like narrative creating.

Like this is the first time we've heard the "is he a one or a two?", "is he a wing or a forward?", "does he have a true position?" statements before? Multiple. Every year.

I don't see how Zhaire is a mold breaker. Low production big time athlete with few defined technical skills and has typically got by being able to run faster and jump higher than opponents.

What makes him different from Zach Lavine or Marcus Smart? Two other overrated plus athletes with relatively low skill caps that aren't going to lead a team to anything.
