I agree with this totally. I was going to post this yesterday. To me it doesn't show you are serious about building and not doing your scouting to the fullest. Stop saving money and start trying to build a contender

If we do make a trade and send Kemba somewhere then I think it makes sense to draft at least one stash guy.

We would probably have 4 picks, and then count bacon and monk. 6 guys that need development and playing time? Doesn’t make sense.

That could be Kosta, Sanon, kulboka, Kurucs,Musa,Bonga, or even Okobo...

It's better than trading all 2nd round picks. Baby steps.

Fun fact: this is the 2nd time Brooklyn has traded us a 2018 2nd round pick. The first time was during the 2015 draft when we sent them the rights to Juan Vaulet, which was quickly flipped for Lamb.

I'd like to package the picks to get into the top 40, as that's traditionally the money range for second round picks. Guys I like: De'anthony Melton, Landry Shamet, Shake Milton, Dzanan Musa, Keita Bates-Diop.
