I'm assuming you are talking about Zion? I would gladly take him or Barrett from this draft.

These are the growing pains you guys should’ve went through in November. Instead you tried to go for a meaningless playoff spot. Now you’re on the outside looking in while your rookie struggles in February.

Hate to agree but Cliff previously and JB now seem to think playing the veterans major minutes are the only chance for an 8th seed and will come up short again. We should have given the young guys (Bridges, Monk, Graham, and Bacon) more playing time earlier in the season to see what we had and it may or may not have paid off in the long run.

Nah we were all in this year because our early schedule was cake. If our vets can't get us through that then the season is lost anyhow. What is Bridges realistic expectations in his first year. This team is well short of one player away.

It doesn’t matter how “easy” the beginning of your season was. A proper FO assesses his/her team based on substainable success. The roster was never that good, and the experts predicted another mediocre season. Your team has set themselves up for the treadmill route and that’s the most dangerous spot in the league.

Your team should’ve bottomed out last season, traded Kemba and drafted someone in the Top 5. Instead the choice was made to try to get the 8th seed for the 500th time and drafting a player that wouldn’t intimidate Kemba’s future. Small markets don’t attract big stars.

Tanking is a competition as well. Charlotte should still have a top 10 selection and about a 25% chance of picking top 3. If Kemba doesn't sign, we at least had a starter at the ASG while we hosted it. That's a big accomplishment for one of the smallest market team.

Should’ve traded Kemba but they were too focused on having an all-star hosting All-Star Weekend that they didn’t see what’s ahead of them.

This offseason can get really ugly if Kemba leaves like I’m expecting and it only get worse if we miss the playoffs.

Miles should've played more at the start of the season when it took Marv like 2 weeks to stop being terrible. :banghead:

Pretty sure this is inscribed in Latin somewhere at the practice gym.
