The biggest reason not to might be that the team might miss his energy off the bench.

Besides that, Miles is more suited at the 3, where Hayward plays. He does not have the wide body you would expect from a power forward, but he does have the explosiveness that many small forwards possess.

I disagree and believe his ideal position is at the 4, especially in todays NBA.

Yeah his best minutes are high 4.

A bit like when they kept starting PJ Hairston, I think some coaches like to keep some weapons on the bench, so might start the poorer performing player.

I don’t really know **** all, so I’m just spitballing here.

I’m for having Miles join Melo in the starting rotation. He’s inconsistent but play with more fire and melds with LB well. PJ can dance with Tae off the bench, but even then he will get good minutes (they both will). We NEED that high quality big man in the middle who can swat, board and finish. Cody is a good man but he can’t hang at the levels we need. Biz works hard and he’s serviceable in segments but, he’s Biz.

Love the win. I came back from exile to watch this team for two reasons; excitement for what Melo brings, and my long time love of the Hornets. Enjoying this!
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.
