JB needs to start having the team arrive at arenas 1 hour earlier than they currently do.

Get strapped, do your warm up, have shoot around and then have them play full court, full speed 5 on 5 before tip off.

Then have them ready to start the actual game.

Young legs. They can do it.

He and several others take 2 quarters before they start playing. Max players don’t need a 24 minute warmup.
