I must admit, maybe it's just the UConn in me, but I think he could make this Bobcats team a contender.

PG Kemba Walker
SG Gerald Henderson
SF Rudy Gay
PF Boris Diaw
C Bismack Biyombo

I think the Grizzlies will likely make a hard push for DeMarcus Cousins though with Gay as the bait.

DMC is a great prospect...

Maybe The Grizz would like to have Diaw and Maggette instead of Gay and ??? while they wait for Randolph? Randolph is easily their best player with his seriously good year last year. They've proven they can do it without Gay but I don't think they can without Randolph.

Oh, oh my. I had forgotten about that possibility when I made the post about Gay. Though Diaw would be a better bet, he expires and they might like that with all those big contracts to worry about. I think they'd rather have Diaw than Tyrus despite Tyrus being the better player. Randolph was their offense and Tyrus wouldn't really fill that hole as well as diaw.

Great point though dumping Tyrus' contract would be our main aim of a trade with Memphis.

Diaw is so damn important to us in his contract year-Good Diaw=1 point loss to Miami/Bad Diaw=39 point loss to Miami.

You think Memphis after losing 2 Pf's to injury might be a little nervous in taking on the already injured TT????

I don't think they will get two 1st's for Cousins. Not in a situation like this, young player demands trade, possible head case, worse position to trade from.

They're going to get lowballed.

Anyhow should probably keep that talk in the Cousins thread.

Uh, I don't think that would be the point at all. The point would be getting two young guys.

Which is why they'd rather have Diaw right now, I think.

The WarCats have been decent. Kwame's pushing everybody around with his large ass, will end up near a double double and Dominic's been surprisingly efficient by finishing around the basket and grabbing rebounds.

I wish we still had McGuire. Underrated player.

Steve Nash is still legit. Very impressive in that fourth quarter.

Uhm, Diaw or (healthy) Thomas would make sense for Grizzlies. DJ White as well, but we should not want to let him go.

We have two TPEs, one expiring (almost 1.5M) in Feb. this year. With that numbers Mayo + Henry should work, picks are probably out of question, now what we should have want and for whom?

Hornets are playing Kaman and Okafor together. Interesting to see how that turns out.

I honestly feel bad for the Wizards and Nets, those are two teams that have talent (the Nets: Marshon Brooks, DWill, Lopez) (Wizards: JWall, JCrawford/NYoung, Singleton, Vesley, ect) but for some reason they just cannot get their stuff together.....

Well, the Nets are languishing in New Jersey still and the Wizards are coached by Flip Saunders, nuff said.

I wouldn't put all of the blame on Flip. I don't envy the position he's in, hard to coach a team full of young knuckleheads.
