Fox is a fun player. Hes good in the 4th cuz hes so fast and he has great stamina. Everyone starts to get a little tired and hes still going 100 mph.

I know we’re “tanking” but games like these build a culture and they deserved it. I know they’re millionaires and some drive scooby doo Ferraris but I’m happy for them.

Never said they would. Just saying living near the beach would probably make it more attractive.Liver_Pooty wrote:JustBuzzin wrote:MasterIchiro wrote:He looks like SGA.
They didn't listen to us. We both saw this coming. He was playing in a system as the 5th option at UConn. Had he had a bigger role he would probably be putting up Harper numbers in college.
Such a shame we didn't trade up for Castle. I really wanted him.
Hard to listen to anyone that thinks free agents would come here for Myrtle beach. I’m just messing with ya. Sorta.
If we being honest Carolina is just not a good location for millionaire athletes.

Probably the best NSJ game I have ever seen him play.

There was a play where Diabaté and Nick Smith Jr. did a chest bump. The celebration between Miles and LaMelo after the game winning 3. Nick Smith Jr. waited for Miles in the tunnel after his post-game interview, and just smothered him.
I kind of feel Moussa is at the center of it all.
I'm starting to wonder if his emergence at least played a small part in moving Mark after moving Nick. Did they clear the deck for this guy and sell high on the other two? He's an elite defender and seems to really get everyone pumped. They love playing with him, and maybe didn't love so much with Mark, not hustling. Richards, moping or complaining to the refs.
Just a better vibe with Moussa on the floor and I think the numbers show it. Fats always points out Diabaté's impact.
The dude plays winning basketball. He looks inspired knowing he's won the job, and it's official he's the last man standing.
He celebrated big time and with the whole world watching Wemby, he really stood out. Nobody on the Spurs saw him coming. He's super disruptive to an offense.
He's probably the best defender I've ever seen play for the Hornets and it's not close. He's also looking smarter and smarter with more reps. He looks around for open players and hitting them for assists. He surveys the court. Pretty good court vision for his position. He's responded to coaching, quite obviously.
Serious upside.

Just be patient. He's only 20 so you'll see many more. He's averaging 20+ points over his past 6 games. He's scoring on 3 levels. Diming. Moving off ball seemingly non-stop tiring the defense.
There's something there when he gets to play with LaMelo. Gives LaMelo a sliver of space and a little less blanket defense. Helps LaMelo's been driving but NSJ is starting to command attention in the scouting report, and still getting to his spots and breaking down the defense with his quick dribble.
Most of it is confidence and reps.
He was a top player in high school.
This is a serious prospect we're developing here.

Moussa is all heart and hustle. If he can improve even a little bit on offense we working with something. Not sure if he's the answer, but at worst he's a great backup off the bench to bring energy.

I don’t know. Maybe he can beef up a little and be the answer. He’s a really good passer for a big man and his rebounding speaks for itself. It’s just trying to go against the Embiids and Nikolas of the world. Wemby can be pushed around and Moose handled him.

Was also a projected top 3 pick before he screwed his knee up. I can see him getting some votes for 6th man of the year in the next couple years. I’ve always been high on him and wanted Duke to recruit him hard.

Re: GT: CHA vs SAS WED FEB 7 7PM
Anyone else see the compatibility with LaMelo and a speedy pure scorer/secondary playmaker like NSJ?
NSJ looked like a starter tonight.
Most of his NBA minutes before becoming a starter have come without LaMelo on the floor.

Like, what does NSJ look like between LaMelo & Miller?

Don’t see him being a starter with dalton and miller. We definitely need a scoring punch off the bench though
