MasterIchiro wrote:This game left me confused why the Lakers ever considered this roster worthy of a playoff run. They cashed out all their picks as if Mark were some magic missing piece until the magic wore off. They have several missing pieces. I'd laugh if they go big game hunting this summer which you just know they will. Between Luka's body/poor conditioning and Lebron's age, they look vulnerable to collapse.
So top-heavy it's gross.
I would not be surprised to see LeBron opt out. He can no longer lead his team in closing time past bottom teams like the Jazz and Hornets. Must hurt for him.
Maybe one last year with Luka +1?

There’s no way the Lakers thought this trade would make them better this year. Two heliocentric defensive traffic cones makes no sense. I expected them to be a much worse team but you can’t not make that trade

Tiddy gets beat in so many ways, and cannot shoot consistently to save his life. Please respectfully save the HE’S 19 replies….yes we know. This rookie, who should have been a mid-level pick, was pushed into the rotation due to injuries. Fine, he’s made very minor progression with all those minutes. Now they’ve got options.
Despite this, great win over the conniving Lakers. Agree with others that team looks nothing like a playoff contender.
