MKG has some bad OCD, those girls are just helping him organize, the pile of stuff in the background is proof, they were about to put it on the selves

I look at this MKG highlight reel from this past season, and he get fouled on at least 75% of his shots without no call. I still have a lot of optimism for him to be at least a good 3rd option on our team sooner than later

The refs let defenders attack MKG and Zeller worse than any other players on any team we played, rookies and veterans included and everything in between. They really gave them no respect.

I had forgotten how often MKG blocks guys at the rim. The one he had against Wade in the playoffs put a huge smile on my face.

I don't think the refs gave any of our players a fair shake during the season (outside of Ramon Sessions). It just become more obvious with players that attack the rim as much as MKG and Zeller due to their lack of a jump shot. Jefferson and Kemba as well didn't receive calls at nearly half the rate they should have

That under the legs step back jumper MKG hit against Lebron was nasty. I could get used to seeing him do stuff like that.

I wonder if we landed someone like Parsons or Hayward on a good shooting year if them draining shots would force refs to give more protection to players on our team who like to penetrate. It seems we were punished for our dependence on a larger proportion of points that way.

The only thing that'll give us more respect from the refs is more wins. I see more wins in our future, so I see more calls. It's all about becoming a team that the refs would give the benefit of the doubt on missed shots in which there's contact to blow their whistles

The crossover on Pierce at 4:35 makes me smile.

MKG has potential to be at least a borderline All-Star caliber player in the same vein as players like Nicolas Batum. 75% of his current battle is confidence on the offensive end, and the other 25% is his jump shot. If he get his jump shot back to a respectable form or better than he had at Kentucky, then I could easily see us looking at a MKG averaging around 15 points per game with over 30 minutes per game

Go back to the 2012 NBA Draft, and despite the fact that I wanted Andre Drummond, I was content & vouched for MKG as a good pick at #2 overall. I still believe in his potential. He's already a impact defender, and he's not even old enough to drink alcohol legally. I hope the Hornets' franchise has patience and a good developmental program in place to help MKG become the player he could & should be

That boy MKG can be a all star. He just gotta stop playing a punk and take the rock. Also Cliffy Cliff need to chill out with all of that camping MKG in the corner stuff.

MKG has insane upside and we all know how hard he works.

I'm not worried about him in the slightest to be honest.

I thoroughly look forward to our first pre season game to see that jumper. I don't care if he shoots an air ball as long as it looks like a normal jump shot.

People on the GB etc say that he's a bust and Tony Allen etc. but a 6-7, 232 version of Tony Allen, who is a coaches pet, model professional that can guard 1-4 and instantly make any team a defensive juggernaut is a player that any coach and FO would love to have.

MKG already is a better player than Tony Allen at 20 years old, if the jumper never improves, then we have the best role player in the league, if it does, he's an all-star and a guy you can build around on both ends of the court.

His jumper has to improve. It can't get any worse. This is also off topic but people say how we should have taken Drummond over him, and I think Drummond is totally overrated. He is a piss poor defender, but an incredible rebounder though. Hes still only 20 or so, but a Dwight Howard he definitely is not in my opinion.
