Turning a corner and immediately having to miss games, the story of this franchise.

Miles isn’t being talked about enough here. I think we really hit on him and he’s grown into something special. He’s also demonstrating leadership qualities. His biggest issue was always not being dominate or aggressive enough. He stepped up with the injuries snd established himself. Did not see that coming at all and I think it’ll continue into next season. He needs to be starting, he’s part of our 1-2 punch for the future now.

Plus, he is spectacular to watch! I like how he told the coach straight up that they needed to abandon the zone in one game where they were behind. That takes guts.

Miles and Melo's chemistry was also a huge factor towards our good start to the year. They seem to really feed off one another...hopefully a summer working out together will lead to an even tighter bond for next year!

Well, it's going to be fun watching Bridges average 24-8-4 next season. Bridges, Ball, and possibly more improvement from Terry...look out!

I think the LaMelo and Bridges chemistry also shows what we could have if we had a center capable of catching and finishing at the rim.

We are missing the glue guy defenders, and we largely played 4 on 5 for most of the year because of our bigs. Critical offseason for this team, we should be a playoff team next year if we get those guys and Ball, PJ and Miles improve

Funny how some fans ride the hot hand.

The same posters who are singing the praise of Bridges are the same ones who have bashed him for being a terrible defender and low IQ basketballer. Now he’s a top #2 player with LaMelo.

Some of these same posters also wanted to throw cash at Tae last year when he broke out at the start of the season with his shooting - but bash him now.

Can’t wait for the Twins to start knocking down shots next season and then be anointed as the next coming as we continue in this “what have you done for me lately” world!!

It’ll be the same world as the one we live in where Kaminsky was one that we let “get away” after he finally had 1 or 2 ok games with Phoenix only to them vanish into obscurity again.

I had a whole thing typed out and my page randomly crashed and refreshed so I lost it all. Thanks RealGM! Anyway, I hope we are saying this about you with PJ by the end of next season!

I’ve been consistent with my view on Pj though - last year during his rookie season and this year. Ive always said the same things. Others are finally just starting to say those same things now.

I don’t run hot and cold.

Some posters were literally saying Bridges was a throw in related to some fake trade ideas they were tossing around.

Keep in mind, they wanted to throw bags loads of cash at Tae as well (which I also said, and still say, is crazy).

Bridges had a breakout year and is extension eligible up until right before the season starts. So the question is how much would you offer him? 4 years or 5 years?

Issac 4/70
OG 4/72
Derrick White 4/73

I'm definitely not offering 5 and I'm also not offering Brogdon money. Something in that Kennard range (which is a big overpay) would be palatable. Anything more than that and he's a bad contract immediately

4/70, probably.

Would rather it be closer to 4/60
