the importance of role players, Green gets hot in SA, they win. Battier gets hot in Miami they win.

Yes, Lebron is MVP, but you can never underestimate the importance of good role players.

And again, **** MIAMI

But Mike Brown's a worse coach than Spoelstra.

Only 5 Heat players scored tonight... none of them named Bosh or Allen. Hell Birdman only had 3.

****, do I really now have to live with this in my head all summer long!?

I'm in denial, every time I'll meet a Heat fan I'll simply say that I switched game 6 off with 20 seconds left and that I don't believe his claims that Miami won it. "what are you talking about them coming back?? They were up 5 and Miami's intentional fouling strategy didn't work. Spurs won game 6!!!"

Good to see LeBron shut the haters up again.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel sorry for Tim Duncan though, he probably hits that close in shot 99 times out of 100. Pop and the Spurs were very classy after the game, a lot of class shown all around actually which is great to see.

Well, U19 tournament starts next week, there should be some (even official?) streaming. Few major no-shows (Wiggins, Hezonja, Saric) but still some intriguing prospects like Exum, Aaron Gordon, Smart, Sulaimon, Harrel, Stokes and even younger Jahlil Okafor, pls some european future second rounders and uknown chinese seven footer.

per WT

"LaMarcus Aldridge has wanted out of Portland since the last week of the Trail Blazers' season and did not resign sponsorship deals in Portland this past year, including agreements with Cadillac, Chevy, and Providence Hospital while asking to get out of a lease on his Pearl District condo.

Aldridge tried to put a clause into his lease that he will not have to pay penalties if he was traded.

“This is why I hate being in Portland,’’ Aldridge said during the last week of the season. “You can’t do anything.’’

According to the report, Aldridge would not only welcome a trade from the Blazers, but he hopes for one, believing the city is too boring and small.

Neil Olshey said he sympathized with the constant change Aldridge has gone through with the Blazers, but the GM was adamant he would not be shopping the All-Star forward.

“Well, I’ll tell you this: I’m not going to be making any phone calls to move him,’’ Olshey said. “But if the phone rings and it makes the team better ...’’"

Edit: This future pick could end up being a jackpot.

Someone alert Sheridan: the Blazers are shopping Aldridge!

The Boston Celtics were one of the last teams I expected to tank for Wiggins, but there you have it.

A roster totally gutted for draft picks and cap space.

They're going to dump Rondo as well.

To Orlando Magic for pick 2?

Aldridge is all but demanding a trade to the Bulls, Mavs or Clippers now.

The Mavs have nothing.

The Bulls have our pick.

The Clippers have Griffin. Obviously Bledsoe doesn't help Portland much unless they flip him.

@WojYahooNBA: Celtics, Nets couldn't potentially complete deal 'til moratorium ends July 10, source says. Teams need Pierce's 13-14 salary to make it work
