Re: Around the NBA 8.0
I love watching Memphis now. It's like a time-capsule unlocked from the early 2000s, just chaotic iso-ball that somehow works (against bad teams at least).

He has that shot in his arsenal. He made a few in his rare playing time here
Looked it up and he is 9 of 39 from three this season.

And we can't call that one of his arsenal

Did the Grizzlies just sign the same Alex Stepheson who went to UNC for a couple of years then transferred?
Wow. I need to pull him up on Wikipedia

Yup, his 10 day contract just ran out with the Clippers, so he followed Lance Stephenson to the Grizzlies.

I said last night that based on his play Kemba should be a lock for March player of the month.
I didn't realize the March DeRozan is having.

Antetokounmpo with a triple double against the Nets. This kid is a beast.

Re: Around the NBA 8.0
Kind of a crazy night around the league.
DET down 30 to WAS half way through the 3rd.
MEM down 30 to HOU half way through the 3rd.
POR down 30 to OKC at the end of the 3rd.
CHI maybe taking down TOR without Rose or Gasol and with JButler going 5 - 18.

I'm not sure how you manage to allow Bojan Bogdanovic to drop 44 points on you. Then again, I may or may not have thrown up in my mouth when I looked at Philadelphia's wing rotation.

Re: Around the NBA 8.0
Im watching Biz's made baskets, he was 6/7, 2 pick n roll finishes under the ring. An open 15 footer, a fantastic spin move and dunk.
he still looks awkward offensively but there is no doubt there is improvement. he's catching the ball for a start.
his dunk is at around the 1:05 mark

he did mess up spacing with some crapping screen attempts at one time, but still cool to see him doing well

Don't you guys think if Hornets had Batum and Lin in the last couple seasons, the FO would not have given up on Biz?
Hi Clutchie, I love you...

Re: Around the NBA 8.0
I watched that Bucks - Raptors game. Biz indeed had a good game, was cool to see him making some of those buckets - the drop step into a baby hook, the 15-footer, the spin move and dunk. He got faked out by Monroe and Antetokounmpo a few times but other than that was very good.

Nah. I think Cho wanted to keep Biz but he was nice enough to do Biz a favor and let him go because he was never going to get a fair shake with Cliff. It's kinda similar to the current Lamb situation. Wouldn't be surprised if Lamb is traded this offseason based on his good numbers this season before Cliff make it totally obsolete via DNP-CDs. If I was Cho I'd strongly consider it because the GM and coach have to be on the same page all the way around for the things to work financially and on-court.
They will wage war against the Lamb but the Lamb will triumph them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings - and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers." Revelation 17:14 (NIV)
