on defense yes, on offense he is still bad

Sadly if he was all offense and no defense he would be called a future star

People just don't care that the game is played on both sides of the court. :nonono:

This is going to work in our favor when both Biz and MKG get very favorable extensions and then explode.

It's amazing that so many teams are building teams based on a defensive identity, and yet league wide defensive players are underrated.

I've spoken with plenty of people at the gym that say that crossfit isn't even worthwhile in alot of cases. He needs to seriously get his butt in the gym working on his game like Zeller, MKG, and Taylor are literally doing just about everyday and leave this stuff alone for a while. Hes already as strong as a freaking Ox. Get better at your craft for Christ sake. Its so frustrating.

But yeah, hes the kind of dude that I would kill to sit down have a couple beers and hangout with for a few hours.

I have seen crossfit make a huge difference in people. Trainers appear to hate it because it cuts into their profits. If done right it can be a big help to overall physical conditioning and explosiveness. I have seen it in people I know that have done it. The problem is when the crossfit gym isn't run right and people get hurt. I think really looking into it before you join one seems to be key.

Also he has been working in the gym according to everything I have seen.

He hasn't been in the arena working out nearly as often as Taylor, Zeller and MKG. Hes been there a few times though. He reminds me more and more of Okafor working on his body doing yoga type stuff day in and day out instead of working on his skills more and more everyday. Larry Brown even said at one point that if Okafor loved basketball more than he did working out he would be an all star. Not saying that Biyombo doesn't love basketball, but it is a good comparison.

I know he isn't always here but he has tweeted about playing a decent bit. Some in Florida and other places. Also he was at his basketball camp too. I don't doubt he is playing a lot just not always where he is getting photographed.

My main point is that he should be here with our coaches working out. He hasn't been here half as much as Zeller, MKG, and especially Taylor who must live at the gym apparently. For someone who lacks a ton of skill offensively one would think that he would live there as well.

Maybe he is. There are limits to how many coaches we have. Maybe he comes after Zeller leaves to work with Ewing. I am just saying that attacking what he does when we really don't know isn't very fair. If he isn't then you are correct he should be.

You're right. I might be sounding kind of harsh but constantly tweeting about crossfit and now crossfit videos without hardly a tweet about working out on your craft just sounds kind of odd to me. If he would tweet or show videos about him working on his game I would be elated.

Not to say that he doesn't, but do we actually know for a fact that he does love basketball?

Maybe he's got an endorsement deal with crossfit?

People get obsessed with it, that's just how it goes.

I'd be curious to know how people think it impacts his play. Does he post his workout times on a twitter feed or something?

He's in the NBA. Why are we assuming it's not an endorsement?
