- buyout of micic for 2 mil - dont do pat trade
- sign any other backup center other than plum

There is an interesting financial situation forming, just doesn't seem like you're focusing on the spending that's coming. Brandon is extension eligible after this year. Miles is an UFA the following year.

If our FO wants them both here long term, our salary is going to massively increase organically. Very possible that they are both extended next offseason.

A spending freeze would require walking away from those realities.

We are a irrelevant franchise. We haven't won consistently in our entire franchise history. We had a short run of success in the 90's, but that didn't last long.

For the past 20+ years what have we actually done?

I saw a lot of consternation on this quote and listening to the full video I don’t think he’s wrong at all.

Bob Johnson and later MJ (the worst non-criminal owner of the 21st century) made this franchise into a clown show of epic proportions. The new PE guys have somehow lowered the talent level on the roster from even that complete car crash, and just won 40 combined games in two years, drafting Tidjane Salaun and Kon Knueppel for their troubles.

We are still easily a bottom 3 franchise in the NBA and will be until we prove we can actually play serious winning basketball and build a decent team.

I need our guys to listen to this stuff and get angry and really try to prove people wrong. Right now PG’s spot on here, however much the truth hurts.

What i do get tired of is the constant battered woman syndrome sunshine pumping despite reality clearly demanding the opposite.

Stop forcing people to defend their negativity and browbeating them with "wElL mAyBe yOu ShOulD sToP wAtcHiNg". There is no reason to justify the negative sentiment. Simply look at the state of the franchise (consistently) over the last two decades.

The solution is simple. Better results. Instead of being blindly optimistic, maybe more public negativity would help enlighten the hedge fund finance bros that the team is more than some long term money making asset in their portfolio.

So many of us here are so used to stank ass results day in and day out that they've seemingly come to appreciate the stability of it.
