They're both ideally suited for instant offense off of the bench roles. Oompah Loompah versions of Jamal Crawford, but not as good of court vision as him.

Please do note even begin to put Kemba and Austin Rivers in the same stratosphere.

Rebuild Mix and Match.

You can choose 1 from each Category. Assume we Amnesty Tyrus and do not bring back any salary we are not obligated to. We have 26 million in Cap Space. We do not land Portland pick and each prospect costs 5 million. so you have 21 million to spend on free agency.

Draft Prospects (all 5 million)
1. Mclemore
2. Smart
3. Bennett
4. Noel
5. Shabazz
6. Porter
7. Len
8. Zeller
9. Oladipo

SG Free Agents
1. Monte Ellis 14 per
2. OJ Mayo 11 per
3. JJ Redick 8 per
4. Gerald Henderson 6.5 per
5. Kyle Korver 6 per
6. Randy Foye 4 per
7. Nick Young 5 per
8. Andre Iguodala 15 per
9. Marco Belinelli 4 per

Big Man Free Agents
1. Al Jefferson 15 per
2. Nickola Pekovic 14 per
3. Josh Smith 14 per
4. Paul Millsap 12.5 per
5. Carl Landry 8 per
6. JJ Hickson 9 per
7. Andrew Bynum 16 per
8. Andre Blatche 7 per
9. Byron Mullens 7 per

Please do not respond with Arguments about whether you think salary amount is correct per player, but what your favorite combinations are.

Edit: combos can be 1-2 million over, but you must explain where you would make your salary cuts.

Pekovich, Hendo, Noel (the drastically improve the frontcourt option)

Hendo, Byron, Noel (the suck hard for Wiggins and wait for better FAs option)

McLemore, Hickson, Hendo, Mullens (Fire Higgins and any relative there of)

Oladipo, Redick, Hickson (the cheap ACC guys option with Oladipo to make up for Redick's defense.)

I'd rather hold off for 2014, but if I had to spend the money...

- McLemore, Pekovic, Landry
- Noel, Mayo, Hickson
- Bennett, Pekovic, Henderson

The first one would put as a million over, so who's left over on our team to shave a million off the books?

McLemore, Hendo, Mullens, then tank for a top 3 pick in 2014.

Amnestying Tyrus and adding a draft pick will put us at around $37 million. I'd like to follow that with smaller moves. Draft McLemore, sign Hendo for $6.5MM, sign McRoberts for $2.5MM, and sign Brandan Wright for up to $5.0MM. That puts us at $51 million and with some wiggle room.
Humble yourself.

So far it seems to be shaping up as fairly predictable from us for this offseason.

Post your opinion on what the most obvious course of action for our FO this offseason.

Step 1: Amnesty Tyrus and resign McBob and Adrien + trade Ben Gordon+Brendan Haywood for Kris Humphries.

Step 2: Offer Hendo the QO but decline Mully's QO.

Step 3: Draft McLemore, Oladipo, Noel or Shabazz with #1/#2/#3/#4 draft pick and Olynyk, Cauley-Stein or Plumlee with #13.

Step 4: Decide to hoard capspace for next year but sign someone like Brandan Wright or Marvin Williams (FA?) for 2/8m or along Sessions money.

Kemba/Sessions/FA
McLemore/Hendo/Taylor
Gilchrist/M.Williams/Taylor
Humphries/McBob/Adrien
Biyombo/Olynyk

Porter, Hendo & Milsap.... Ideally I wish we could get Milsap cheaper than 12.5 per but these are my 3 I would go with. I just believe in this draft Porter's gonna surprise folk and be the best player, Hendo IMO is our best player and we should keep him and at least try to have some kind consistency, Milsap is the type of player I want us to add, not necessarily a big name but a solid player and improvement of what we have now, but still keeps us in the lottery with a shot at one of the top players of this super hyped 2014 draft. Despite some of my prior posts, believe it or not I am onboard with a slow rebuild, I just dont believe in the players we have drafted so far.

I'm going to be different just for the sake of it.

McLemore, Blatche, Pek.

That's right, I'm giving the nutbag a chance. He's been solid this year.

Blatche, as per the wiretap, doesn't have to worry about money as he is still getting paid by Washington so he can just look for the best situation. If he just wants a starting spot minutes, he could be cheap. He probably wants to compete though

What about super offensive!!! Just to be different.

Bennett, Monte, and Blatche.

We would defiantly be scoring more with this team, but defense would be suspect for sure. I doubt we are considering Monte, but that would be an interesting backcourt to watch with him and Kemba play together for the next 4 seasons or whatever.

 we wouldn't need Bennett and Blatche as no one else will get a shot with Monte and Kemba on the same team.

Why not ? Neither will be perennial All Stars and both are ideally suited as instant offense off of the bench players.

Is this even worth talking about? You are clearly baiting here. and even Doc Rivers would take Kemba over Austin right now. Kemba is just better and Rivers has not shown that he is figuring it out anytime soon.

Even if neither are perennial All Stars that does not mean they are the same player or on the same level.

I want to stay away from Monta Ellis for no other reason than because he has one of those names you jokers can't seem to be able to spell
