I feel like the gravitas of a championship is the perfect element to add to the team. If they don’t buy in he can just point to the ring. I love it.

Lee sent all season ticket holders a letter this morning. He is saying all the right things.
Believes in the vision of the owners/GM, likes the talented young core group. Most importantly - the whole organization is going to "work hard every day to get better. That nothing is given to you, you have to work to earn it and that is the mindset he will instill in Charlotte. It may not be easy but it will be worth it" Has faith in the staff, players, owners etc to build a premier franchise.

Sounds good anyway!

A lot of positive energy and professionalism from both Lee and Peterson. And the press conference even started on time, which is shocking.

Peterson also got asked about the draft and free agency plans and he had a look of are you serious then basically said today is all about Charles, we'll get to that later.
