Bouknight makes sense cap-wise at least. Does Miles get his extension now with Monk and maybe Terry on their way out?

We took the guy I wanted. And I wanted him simply because of upside. This may be our last chance to draft in the lottery for a while, going forward Melo will be good enough to get us to the playoffs no doubt. If James busts, we become a tredmill team, is we hit on a high floor low upside guy, we're still a tredmill team, although a bit better, so I was in favor of taking a guy that had the potential to put us over the top...

He can very much turn into another Monk, or be a Jordan Clarkson type... I was well aware, but still wanted to swing big.
