Do you plan on keeping the PJ avatar on hornetsplanet? Its even more edgy now that he will be sucking terribly for a team that isn't the Hornets lol.

PJs mom recently got into a twitter fight with James Plowright after he said something meaningless about PJ. He called her out publicly. Apparently this is her thing, going after people on Twitter who utter a bad word about PJ. Ridiculous.

Perhaps she is among us?

I dunno why, I'm feeling a bit of sadness with PJ gone, he's kinda likable afterall I guess, even tho I don't like him on the court very much.

I wanted to see him work out, but it was obvious his focus on the court was gone again by December. Oh well. Hope he figures it out.

I'm going to pretend to be PJs father and see if he will meet me.

I think half the players on our roster would see a 700% increase in alley-oops on any other team.

I think and kept on saying that PJ needed to be involved in the offense more. We needed to run plays for him. He rarely touched the ball. He has potential to be a solid player just needs to stay focused. I think he will be in the league for a long time if he doesn't act stupid.

How frustrating will it be if that knucklehead starts figuring it out and turns into a respectable 3D player? He had every chance in the world here. But most likely, this is just a random PJ moment.

He scored 14 last night. Tied for fourth best scoring output by him this season. Two of the top-3 have come in Memphis. And he's only played six games there at this point. Lance is meanwhile back to his Indiana averages...

On a side-note, we could have named this thread "Crappy Hairston" back when he was playing poorly as a rookie (as an ode to the better Hairston of the NBA universe, Happy Hairston). Great that I thought of it like a year too late.

Caught my first Memphis game after the trades. Can't say that Hairston is getting more touches (both by the eye-test and by raw numbers). He might be a bit more willing to act upon those touches though.

Either way, he had a mediocre game. Missed a 2-on-0 fast break two-handed dunk (and was immediately pulled by Joerger). He also tried to split two defenders in the pick-n-roll, turned it over and thus gave Sacramento free two transition points.

However, he did make one play which I had never seen him do in Charlotte. Creatively jumped in the air in semi-transition to attract Rondo's attention and wiggled a pass by him for a Z-Bo layup.
