Lol. But with his defensive deficiencies it's easy to understand why some consider his offensive display somewhat of a wash. We wouldn't be this successful without MKG and Kemba's defense just as much as Big Al's offense has carried us. They play off each other.

Kemba racks up the steals, but I think his defense is average, maybe slightly above average.

Hope he continues to rebound like last night.

PG is a tough position to defend consistently. Night in and night out he has to defend the fastest, quickest, and most skilled players on the floor. If PGs played one-on-one basketball they would rarely get a stop since they have the skills to get pretty much wherever they want on the floor. I agree that his defense is maybe only slightly above average but that's considerably good when he has the 2nd best defensive rating of the starters. We all know MKG is our best defender but it's a toss up between Kemba and Biz on who's our 2nd best defender. I'd give it to Kemba since he plays more minutes.

Biz is our 2nd best defender, Kemba gets lit up to much and messes up more than Biz

I can't give Biz our 2nd best defender when he only play 15 minutes and we're a top-10 defense, #6 to be exact. MKG barely play over 25 minutes a night. You have to give Kemba some credit defensively. If Jefferson was a better pick and roll defender Kemba wouldn't get lit up as much but the defensive rating and shares speak for theirselves. Kemba is probably our 2nd best defender by default only because Biz don't play enough.

tsherkin had to lock that thread real quick with no explanation. I guess he's sick of Al making him look stupid again and again

Thought you were kidding... there was literally no reason for that to be locked (no conflict and on-topic). I don't really care about the GB but I almost want to pm a mod out of curiosity.

that dude cant just go around locking threads when he doesn't agree with the discussion. he's got major problems.

tsherkin didn't post anything, so we don't know who did it, but it's probably him. We all know how it goes with him. There were actually a lot of people in that thread agreeing with an all-nba 1st team selection for Al. Then again there were a lot of people leaving off Howard for either Al or Cousins, which i can't agree with. It's definitely Howard/Noah/Big Al in my book, then Cousins, followed by a BIG gap, then there's Hibbert and bunch of other guys.

there isn't any proof that he locked it but if it was him he shouldn't be a mod or atleast not a Global Mod, you cant just go around locking up threads that aren't bad in anyway and have a good discussion going on

The thought of Al Jefferson being a All-NBA candidate must be like nails to a screeching chalkboard for 'tsherkin'

He does realize that hours later the same thread popped up without Al's name right? I think it's general consensus he hates the Bobcats for some reason.

when I said it was tsherkin who locked it I had no evidence. it was just obvious because he's a douche. not surprising that it ended up being the correct assumption. if you dont like him and want to make him look bad just keep bumping that Jefferson thread in the PC board where he says Paul Pierce is better than Al and keep laughing at it
