Oh yeah Michigan also has McGary, another intriguing player. Not to mention my other boy Trey Burke at point (omitted due to not being a target for us)

I wouldn't have no problem with drafting Trizzy Burke in the late 1st round or early 2nd round. He doesn't have anything on Kemba but every good team need a good backup PG. McGary isn't that intriguing to me. Glen Robinson III is a much better prospect IMO

I have to view more of this Marcus Smart guy. His style of play look ugly to me but it's very effective so far. Like mrknowitall215 previously mentioned, I like Adonis Thomas as a possible target at SG for us.

Hardaway finished the night with 23 points and 7 rebounds on 10-15 shooting. Hopefully some of you saw what he's capable of doing.

Beat his man off the dribble going left two times in a row, then follow it up a few possessions later beating his man going right. Nailed a couple of curl jumpers off screens, had a few pull ups and added a three as well.

6'7'', long arms, athletic. Really similar to Jeremy Lamb in that he can flat out score the ball in so many different ways it just makes things look easy. Has some issues keeping his mind in games at times, but he would look so nice next to Kemba and MKG

Tim Hardaway Jr.'s jump shot is definitely money when he get a open look. I didn't know that he grew a few inches to 6'6". I remember when he was 6'3" as a incoming freshman. He's worth a look in the 2nd round, but I doubt that he'll come out before graduation. It's not like he need the financial support system of the NBA like most underclassmen

Adonis Thomas is a SF, he's too big to play the SG, he plays better at PF than SG.

If your theory is based on size then maybe you're right but I doubt that you've ever set down to watch Adonis Thomas play much if at all. He's definitely a SG in a SF body. As big as he is he doesn't play that physical. He tends to loaf and plays better around the perimeter. Unfortunately for him Memphis try to fit a square peg in a round hole by trying to make him play downlow most of the time and that experiment continues to somewhat fail.

Doesn't our 2nd rounder this year go to OKC?

Yes, but I have a feeling that Cho will find a way to get a 2nd rounder by the draft

Im all aboard the Alex Poythress bandwagon. If we could get him and stick him at the 4 alongside MKG and Biyombo that is a terrifyingly athletic lineup. Hoping Poythress can grow another inch or so.

If I want any player from Kentucky it's Archie Goodwin

Goodwin is a little erratic at times, I have to see if he can mature out of that as the season goes on.

I'm not big on any of Kentucky's NBA prospects just yet, not Nerlens Noel, not Alex Poythress, nor Archie Goodwin. Maybe I have to wait until they play more important games and see how they perform in the clutch.

After watching Kentucky against Duke and again Saturday I am high on Poythress and Goodwin. I think the right system will turn these two into stars. Poythress has it factor in spades. People are saying that he may be Kentucky's next Kidd-Gilchrist. But he looks better than Kidd to me. Like someone else said this kid next our kids would make for a monster front line. Goodwin looks like he could be a smaller but smarter JR Smith.

I like Noel and Cauley-Stein. Noel reminds me of an athletic Sheldon Williams or a less clumsy version of Biz. and Stein reminds me of Charlie V if he had any interest in playing defense.

Poythress next to MKG is my dream scenario. Hes a freaky athlete.

What positions would they play next to each other?

I believe Poythress can play the 4 in the NBA. He should be playing at the 4 right now for KY

Hopefully without the balky knees.

Poythress with our pick and then Stephen Adams or Cauley-Stein with Portland's would be a pretty successful draft IMO.
