i need to see some concept unis already.
Does anyone else think that the new uniforms will be made in the sleaved version for a few home games? I mean if thats what the NBA is trying to get behind in terms of marketing, combined with the excellent history of hornets gear, I cant see them not going after that market.

I'll do some concept uni's tonight. I'm not that talented an artist, but I have a vision in my head for what I think it should be.

I just hope they go all out. Sick, unique unis, and a sick, unique, court.

I said during the change announcement I think they'll announce the logo in December. They have to have it decided by now to get the print shops and arena-redesign team ready. They would be incredibly stupid not to have apparel ready when they announce the logo...that stuff will sell like hot cakes

The logo better be just about the same as it was.

@mpm, good call on the alonzo gattison hybrid. gattison was the first thing that popped in my head when i saw that.

plus they went about 25 shades too dark for dell. he is probably closer to tripucka's color than muggsy's

My guess is that they only had three models. The Tripucka model was used for all white players. The curry for anyone with a goatee. And the muggz for anyone with a baby stache that was not rocking the league mandated 1980's/early 90's flat top. :D

Seconded. Its going to be a real disappointment if they needlessly retool it. They're riding the retro-appeal wave. They need to continue to stick with what works.

As for the bobbleheads, does anyone here have any of the circa '00 First Union sponsored collection featuring Wesley, Baron and Mashburn?

They don't need to retool it much, but it does need to be modernized a little. Im sure it will be badass regardless.

Probably go up to 15,500 or 16k next season. Anyone who thinks were going to sellout every game like the old days are delusional.
