Shot blocking center from the 90s...

I will just go ahead and rule out the all-star, HOF guys - Olajuwon, Ewing, Robinson, Shaq and Mourning. Bradley is apparently not the guy either. Obviously its not Manute Bol. I will also rule out forwards who moonlighted as shotblockers, like Nance, Webber, Cliff Robinson, Kemp. Nobody would describe Elden Campbell or Rik Smits as "a shot blocking center from the 90s", even though they were among the leaders for the decade. hmm...

Any of you beer folks tried Boulevard's Funky Pumpkin? Apparently their fall pumpkin beer is a "spiced sour" with brett that was barrel aged.

Think I might have to pick some up, sounds interesting. Have yet to have a pumpkin beer this season.

yeah, I thought, why not. he's been around since the inception of the franchise, seen a lot of games. could chat about the present day team since the season is not that far away and also jog his memory about the Hornets history.

Moses Malone died? What? He just played at the Hooptee golf tournament here in Charlotte in July. Wow.

He apparently died in his sleep in Norfolk VA. He was there with Calvin Murphy to play in another celeb golf tournament. Apparently had a heart attack.

as you might have already heard, I had to respect the all-inclusive interview Adam Ryan had already done with him. thus my podcast was about some specific topics regarding his career.

and I think it turned out alright. I like the mix of Xs and Os and random anecdotes in this one.
