KCJHoop Thibodeau on James Johnson to DLeague: "He wanted to do it. It’s not a punishment. It’s an opportunity to get playing time and develop."

STEIN_LINE_HQ NBA announces 10-game suspension for OJ Mayo for testing positive for DHEA. Mayo insists didn't know over-the-counter supplement was banned

DimeMag Interesting: DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is an endogenous hormone (made in the human body), and secreted by the adrenal gland.

AlexKennedyNBA For those wondering, DHEA is a steroid. It is the same substance that led to Rashard Lewis' ten game suspension last season.

AlexKennedyNBA DHEA is found in a lot of over-the-counter supplements and Mayo, like Lewis, didn't realize it was banned. DHEA isn't even banned by MLB.

Based on the way that knob Hollins has played Mayo this season I was p*ssed when I saw this only to realise it wont effect my fantasy team any ways - BECAUSE HOLLINS IS A KNOB AND WONT PLAY HIM!!!

He so totally knew, not that it matters either way. Ten game suspension.

STEIN_LINE_HQ Early grapevine vibe: DHEA suspension WON'T stop Mayo from being dealt. What Grizz want for O.J. (talent/friendly contracts) is bigger issue

His dad kills a cop, and he's busted for illegal (well, only in the NBA) substances... He can't stay in the starting lineup over a worse player... He just sounds like bad news.

I'm going to HATE watching Miami in the playoffs, watching them in a close one with NYK and even simple cross court calls become muddied when Wade is involved. There have been some seriously questionable calls, which can always happen, but they have ALL gone Miami's way.

On a positive note it appears that Lebron has been drinking with Jax as he is putting on a vintage drunk performance. Shooting 4-21, but still insisting on getting the ball in iso, and taking bad shots.

I personally hope we play them in the first round. Imagine the **** storm if we beat them? Would bring back fond memories of the Hornets-Heat series several years ago where the chant was "Sweep The Heat".

stern would NEVER allow us to beat the heat in the 1st round and miss out on the money to be made between a massive heat vs celtics or heat vs orlando showdown in the ECF.
