Were there any team in the NBA that finished last place in two consecutive seasons?

Like I said two months ago - We are such a lock to win the lottery this year because it s such a crappy looking class.

Then the next 5 years will yield bumper draft classes and even though we will still suck nuts we wont even sniff a top 5 pick for that time span.
