Lol yea because we totally don't have two 3 point shooters rotting on the bench or anything.

Yeah this kills me. This team has plenty of talent and enough of everything to win but our coach does not know how to pull it off. But lets blame the GM because he did not completely retool and entire roster to fit the one way our coach seems to know how to play. Would it not be easier to try to find a better coach than to trade away MKG, Kemba, Biz and all in order to build the worlds slowest and most predictable offense and worst defense?

More like the emergence of Hood, he was horrible pre all-star.

For comparison, Hood shot 28% from 3 pre all-star and PJ shot 31%. Maybe if we gave PJ or Daniels a chance they could do something similar.

Hairston blows. His basketball IQ is probably one of the worst in the league.

Hairston really isnt that bad. Highly doubt his IQ is one of the worst in the league. Hes just a rook, cut him some slack

Ok, maybe his basketball IQ is just below average.

Hes just a stupid human being in general then.

Yeah, hes a smart human being hitting a high schooler, missing a weight training session being hung over, and not bringing a suit on a road trip. Being caught with two ounces of pot in a car being rented by a felon. Hes incredibly intelligent.

Yeah, pretty sure that whatever underneath has nothing to do with it. Hes just an idiot. A very talented idiot, but an idiot nonetheless.

Lol no need in getting upset about it. Just the way it is.

You are the upset one it appears. You are wrong. He has made some mistakes and may have some impulse issues but he is not stupid. Listen to him talk and you can tell that. Everyone who screws up isn't dumb they just made mistakes. But again the picture under you name says it all.

Lol, yeah Im upset.

Mistakes are fine, its when a person makes mistakes over and over again is when it becomes problematic. Maybe he will learn. Has a ton of growing up to do.

Well I have certainly not been the angry one here so it really isn't crazy.

He does have some growing up to do but I think Clifford would be smart to play either him or Daniels more right now. We could use some of what they can bring.

I completely agree. I have no idea why he would rather put a line up of kemba and Mo instead of an actual sniper. Both of these guys can shoot when given the opportunity. Arguably our 2 best shooters

I just ignore it now. Hairston is an idiot. A ton of talent, but has made so many dumbass decisions and mistakes the past 18 months it's insane.

I guess because I have a duke logo below my name that's why I do it. Lol.

Edit: I can't even say Winslow is a much better prospect that Oubre without getting called out on it.

I'll say it one more time. I differentiate my love for Duke and the Hornets entirely. I absolutely loved Raymond Felton while he was here. He was a leader, and solid player.

I do not agree that you seperate them completely or even very well. Everyone thinks they do in one way or another but exaggerating things in favor of your team then admitting it right after implies you do it. Everyone tends to lean to their college guys at times as the Lamb love has shown on this board.

I am not sure Hood would be playing right now if he were here either. I mean Daniels could perform at that level and PJ while shooting slightly worse is a better defender right now. I just do not understand why we won't play a more natural SGS more often.

Sure.

So really why will we not play a real SG now. We have two who can hit shots rotting on our bench.

Daniels sure, Hairston hasn't shown a consistent shot all year.
