Everyone on here should know by now that if it isn't a zach Lowe written piece the hornets will get disrespected. Thompson albeit a very strong physical defender is not more interesting or better than Miller. Wemby and Chet are obvious at 1 and 2. Just be glad Miller was even mentioned to be honest.

Honestly it's a blessing in disguise. As soon as ESPN consider Miller interesting it'll be a constant stream of articles about how we need to trade him to LA/NY/Miami because their reporters don't want to travel outside of those locations. Plus the occasional Boston homer who thinks he should be a Celtic.

They were doing it with LaMelo before he started getting injured.

The Nat'l media is obsessed with getting stars to big markets. It's honestly sad and pathetic. This was not a thing in the 90's.

He might not be a unicorn but his archetype is basically the ideal modern wing. still has so much he could polish physically and skillset too

I've dreamed about adding Kevin Durant or Paul George to this team for over a decade. I've always really enjoyed watching both of them play. The fact that we landed someone with a similar play style right out of the draft is a dream come true.

Like I said in the game thread: odds are we won't see him until January. "Re-evaluated in a week" last year meant "out at least a couple months" for others on this team.

Miller was banged up a lot last year and would only miss a few games at most. This is nothing serious chill and think positive.
