Can't be mad at taking an MVP season in a category that has talent but not a lot of guys to build around.

You can literally do anything you want on offense with this guy.

I'm only sad because there's one other player in that category I really wanted. I'm going to try to find him in another category.

I'm sure Sasha Vujacic is in another category somewhere.

Just fyi, in my voting I'm giving extra credit to teams with Hornets and Duke alumni.

I see one player as Steve Nash's ultimate compliment. Or at least i'd kill to see them play together. Will he stick around to 15?

Obviously not on the level of MJ or Magic but brings scoring, passing, defense, rim protection, etc. to my team. A good overall player to have when building a roster. And besides Dirk, who else has won a title without the help of other perrenial All Stars!?

I had a serious 30 minute debate in my head last night between Hakeem, Magic and Lebron. I really wanted to take Hakeem, but I figured it would be easier to build around a point forward version of Magic and get my center later. Its a shame those late 80s, early 90s rockets teams were so bad. Hakeem in 89-90 was at the peak of his athleticism and defense. It was just before he missed a lot of time with those weird blood clots. But his teams around him then were just pathetic.

Saw Hakeem in 89-90 in Charlotte and he was amazing. My best friend tried to eat a hot dog too fast and threw up in the concourse. Same friend the same year bleed through his seat at a Hornets game when he had a hemorrhoid burst. We had to leave early. **** great times in that arena. That was the same year that Kelly Tripucka cried in front of the entire arena after a win because he was hurt that the city had turned on him.

The biggest reason why i didn't join earlier was my limited english. I believe it will hurt me a lot when i try to explain and defend my team.

And Flip you should be happy now, i'll be the one who is going to get my ass kicked for sure

lol i've never notice your english to be limited. Hell you'd probably be top 50% english skills where i'm from based on the three sentences you just wrote.

Just post pics and videos. That's a big part of my plan.

I sent JMAC a PM about his pick. We'll give him until the morning to jump in and make a pick. If he hasn't picked by 10AM EST, then go ahead and skip his pick. He can make his pick when he logs on. If we don't hear anything from him in a few days, then we'll just go with 10 people. Hopefully he makes it soon.

what if he's just been holed up in a library somewhere research his picks for the last 5 days? Going through microforms of old newspaper sports pages from like 1964.
