I've never been inside of an airport or even flown.

3 times already, they are a hub of AA, I only stopped there for transfer...

Do you travel a lot for business?

Not a lot...

2-piece dinner combo. Cheaper ($5) with more chicken and you still get a drink, side, and biscuit.

NO NO NO... Why did you make me click on that link? That guy is the worst. He gets retweeted all the time and shows up in my timeline, saying the craziest stuff possible. I never post on twitter and even I had to go after one of those sportige dudes the other day for some ridiculous Kemba Walker stat they posted.

He follows me actually. His individual posts are nauseating but it's kind of amazing the extent to which he obsesses over Lin. Looks like he used to write for the Knicks but then post-Linsanity gave up on that.

Thats a good, tough question. I can't help but imagine that Lin is very conflicted regarding some of his fandom. On one hand, he obviously loves his fans and appreciates them. He is fantastic about connecting with his fanbase and he seems to do his best to use his fame for positive things such as talking about his faith and such. On the other hand, many of his hardcore fans in do not seem to represent the values that Lin seems to strive towards. I can't imagine that Lin likes the fact that some of his fans belittle other players on his teams in order to make Lin look better. I can't imagine that Lin likes the fact that some of his fans make endless excuses for him when he plays poorly or when things don't go the way his fans hoped. And as I have said many times on here, it appears that Lin's goals (or what makes him happy) do not always align with the goals his fans want for him.

This conflict is certainly something that any really famous person with a rabid fanbase deals with on a daily basis.

I also don't think that it helps that many of Lin's most hardcore and most vocal fans only know the game of basketball as it relates to Lin and therefor have a very warped perception of the league.

As for me personally? I would hate to be famous. I am a very private person (outside of Realgm, which I can control the level of my anonymity) and my close group of friends. I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to walk in his shoes, knowing that I represented the hopes and dreams of so many people of a similar background. I'd probably just buy a house on top of a mountain, with a giant moat around it, and sit in solace for the rest of my life.

Yeah, hard job for Lin. Lin once replied to that Nathan guy when he somehow not happy with at-the-hive, and here are the tweets from Lin:

I'm Asian but Jeremy Lin is not my favorite player. I like him and his story but as a NBA fan, for me he is just an average player. I hope he bounces back vs the Hawks.

I could care less if I ever set foot in an airplane again. Flying not the most fun activity for those of us with anxiety issues.

Fats hate list
- increased odds of death (check)
- being in a crowd (check)
- being stuck in a place where you cant leave (check)
- standing in lines (check)
- horrible bathroom situations (check)
- possibly having to wake up super early (check)

If you guys live in island of an archipelago state like me, then you won't have a lot of choices except flying. I have flown a lot of times and guess what? The more i flown the more i scared of plane crashes.

That's because you have airlines like Malaysian Air, Air Asia, Garuda that are not exactly the epitome of good QA. You need to fly more Cathay, Qantas, SIA and Emirates. These are world class airlines. I feel sorry for all those suckers that have to fly United, Delta, AA and any crappy US based airline. When have to travel to US I'd rather take Cathay Prem Econ than take United B-class. When the NBA played those two games in PRC, I think they chartered rather than fly commercial.

I never went abroad. All my flights were domestic flight and you won't find those world class airlines for domestic flights here. In Central Borneo you only have two choices, Garuda and Lion Air. Lion Air is cheaper and well...sucks.

Have been inside of an airport to pick somebody up/say goodbye to someone, have never flown.

Would probably drink to get in the mood for it.

I've been to Sabah several times, Kota Kinabalu to be exact. Surprised with the number of non-flyers here. Where I live, it's impossible to go anywhere without flying.

Deregulation decreased legroom. Seats are 17 to 18.3 inches wide. Americans have grown in size. Even large planes, like 777s have a lot of seats across. The perks are few, there are now more private video screens on the back of seats. Flying is like commuting. You get a seat, but it is a herding feel to it. And I didn't even mention being at the airports.
