Yeah we're not going to dredge up old posts to snowboard takes. Please don't do that.

Come on, Live a little man haha.. You have to poke fun at people who were willing to type out "I guarantee Victor Wembanyama won't be a top 10 pick in a year, won't be a starter...."

Meanwhile he is probably a top 5 asset in the NBA 15 months later, Idk if you can be more wrong about something.

I'm telling you as a mod that this is against board rules, so please stop.

You can guarantee things, tell people to bookmark it and then have the security that nobody can bring it up? Seems weird to me. Especially with one that is so obviously just a joke in the Wemby post.
Have we thought about disabling the search post function if it's so detrimental?

I have informed you of a board rule. If you would like to debate the existence of the rule with the mod team, please do so by PM.

Clifford won't be managing his minutes. Miller will be a G-League starter the next two years.

You seem pretty confident in your opinion, are you going to come back and eat crow if you're wrong?

Lol don't search mine. 95 percent of mine are based off pure emotion and mostly wrong.

The best time to flex would've been about six weeks ago, anyway. Doing it while Miller's in a slump doesn't make sense.

Besides, I've gladly admitted I was wrong on him as well as Bridges. I could just as easily dig up some LaMelo Ball hot takes from some posters with Pickle Rick-related avatars as well, but it would just lead to more of the same back-and-forth.

Oh man he and Melo figuring out how to play with one another bodes very very well for our future. Now we just need Salaun to develop into the the Dame/Giannis hybrid we all know he will become and then we are set for a dynasty.
Your Charlotte Hornets! We’ll eventually get something right;right?

yeah I miss UNCNYC's his takes were so random, they were always entertaining. You also learnt about players you never would have thought of otherwise

I've put my hand up for not liking Ball at all when he was in the Aussie league. His shooting was terrible.

Of which there were many. Probably my favourite poster on this board for years.

Reddit/twitter threads about Brandon Miller basically confirm dead internet theory to me. Its like a bunch of bots (or karma starved redditors whos brains have been transformed by social media in bots) swarm every post to comment Scoot stuff. Now don't get me wrong, I love mocking people who trash on us from time to time, its mostly why I can't stay out of mod jail, but even for me its tiring. Its about time to start giving Miller his props fully separate from the Scoot stuff. I wonder if social media was around in the 80s if I'd just have had to read "remember Bowie over THIS guy??" 1000 times 3 days a week every year.

not talking to you guys because this community pretty much moved on from that a while ago, just ranting to the void. I like reading about the games and performances but it's just hard to wade through the trash.

That sentiment is exactly why we try to stem the tide on scoreboarding, retreading the same takes gets so tired and makes for painful reading
