It is a bit strange to me that Fleming is a draft darling, while Ace Bailey has a lot of people unsure about him.

Ace Assists 1.3 apg or 1.5 apg per 40.

Flemming Assists
Freshman 0.6 apg or 1.2apg per 40.
Sophomore 0.8 apg or 1.2apg per 40.
Junior yr 1.3 apg or 1.6 apg per 40.

Ace Bailey 6-10 200lbs, 17.6 ppg 3.6 fta, 7.2 rpg, 1 spg, 1.3 bpg at Age 18.9 on Draft Night
Flemming 6-9 220lbs, 14.7ppg, 2.9 fta, 8.5rpg, 1.4 spg, 1.55 bpg at age 20.9 on Draft Night

Draft darling is a reach. Believe me, I don't want to be in the position to even consider Fleming but at that spot (#7), I would. Bailey is my guy at #3.

Dylan Harper FTr on top of his rim % and finishing % is amazing. VJ's isn't awful, but still doesn't stand out. Jase Richardson has a lot of promise there too.

Lots of interesting pockets in this years drafts, that should be competitive 1vs1s.

Who goes higher out of Fears or Kasparas?
Who goes higher out of Tre,VJ and Kon?
Who goes higher out of Malauch and Queen?
Who goes higher out of Fleming and CMB?
Who goes higher out of Essengue vs Bryant?
Who goes higher out of Newell and Sorber?

I like this. Here are my early pre-lottery guesses:

Who goes higher out of Fears or Kasparas?
Fears goes before Jak

Who goes higher out of Tre,VJ and Kon?
VJ until proven otherwise. Tre then Kon.

Who goes higher out of Malauch and Queen?
I would absolutely take Queen over Malauch but I think someone takes Malauch first as of now

Who goes higher out of Fleming and CMB?
CMB easily. Starting to like him for us tbh

Who goes higher out of Essengue vs Bryant?
No idea on this one

Who goes higher out of Newell and Sorber?
Newell

My number one ask is that Jeff does not go near Malauch.

This is my go-to video for whenever the annual “big man may have a hidden jump shot!” videos drop

Dwight splashing threes from the corner like Glen Rice.

If a guy is not regularly taking and making threes in game, safe to say you cannot expect it to be a big part of his game in the NBA.

Ha Ha! Yep I don’t trust workout 3’s video from bigs either. Having said that, I don’t think Maluach is as much of a lost cause as some here. Would I consider him at 7? Yeah, I’d think about it, but not likely my pick there for the Hornets. I do think he will be OK as an NBA center, most likely a reserve. Problems are his lack of verticality and explosive hops. His footwork is just average, his positional awareness on defense is not good, and his box out for rebounds is lacking. Can that be fixed with time and training?
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Well I would counter that last year Edey and Clingan both tore up the 3pt shooting drill at the combine. Clingan went 14/49 on the season for about 29%. Edey went 18/52 for 35%. That is a decent start to a career for a center.

Prospect X showing he can be a floor spacer
Prospect Y grew 9" and put on 30lb

The Cody Zeller Sac Kings workout where he quite literally made like 30 in a row scarred me.

Maluach is going to be a good player but damn I’d be beyond pissed if we picked him.

Except for Condon, everything you heard about him is true. He hit 60 threes in a row while holding a beer in one hand and not spilling a drop

My final list dependent on pick:

1 - run to the podium for Flagg
2 - run to the podium equally as quick for Harper
3 - VJ
4 - VJ if available, Ace if not
5 - Kon Knueppel
6 - Collin Murray-Boyles
7 - Delete franchise, trade everybody

1. Flagg nuff said
2. Harper don't overthink it
3. Fears trust me we won't regret it
4. Bailey 6'10 scoring wing
5. Please don't let this be a reality, but if we have to Rasheer Flemming.
6. Trade the pick otherwise

Collin Murry Boyels would be a solid pick if disaster struck and we picked 6th.
