He will probably be back around Christmas.

Skipped working with team USA to spend all summer with Price. What dedication. I really hate he is hurt.

It freaking sucks, no doubt about it. We need him back on the court yesterday. Get well soon MKG, Hornets nation is behind you.

selfishly I hope he's back for the 12th of December, so the would have two games to get his rhythm back before playing the Cavs and LeBron.

obviously, I don't want him returning prematurely but that's when I'd like to see him play.

if we start pulling off some wins against some of these weaker teams I wouldn't mind being super cautious with when to play MKG again.

His status has changed from "Out until late December" to "Out until at least 10/12 against Boston".

Sixers fan here...seriously think this guy is one of the most underrated players in the league. If he was on the Spurs or Bulls I think he would be getting as much hype as Leonard and Butler during their early years.

Can you guys organize a protest until your management starts getting shooters so this guy can stay in the lineup?

No one knows. Our beat writer called in sick today (literally) and had no updates.

Bulls fan here agrees with you. He will likely get his recognition this season if he stays healthy. I'm guessing that since the team has gone in the crapper and nobody has stepped up in his absense, that he will get all the minutes his body can handle. Opening night I was flicking thru all the games and in the Charloette game what really stood out was how much improved he looked and the announcers were raving about how much he worked all summer long to get better. In that small sample size it showed

BobsBuddy would make a better beat writer than Rick.

I feel like it will start with lower minutes and work his way up. Prior to the rib issue he got 34 and 28 minutes. I think the plan was for him to get around 30 until the injury bug hit.

I don't really like him coming off of the bench but nothing with Clifford surprises me anymore.
