Yeah. The Jazz (and to a lesser extent the Blazers) have been the biggest shock of the season thus far. It's fun to see.

These injuries we've had man...really could only sustain a limited amount of success realistically. Cliff said they're "a lot better than even 3 days ago" and should be "back soon". Would be nice.

Remember that time we were basically the only team left with cap space and there were only 2 notable free agents left, oubre and lauri, and we picked oubre. Lol.

Its uncanny how almost every move the front office has made since drafting LaMelo has been a poor decision.

That offseason was especially lol worthy. Between the offseason and regular season for 2021/2022, their player acquisitions were Plumlee, Bouknight, Kai, Thor, Scottie Lewis, Oubre, Ish Smith, Isaiah Thomas, and Harrell. I also just did a 2021 lottery redraft and had three players in the top 10 that were available at BOTH of their 1st round picks.

All I can say is WOW. Bones Hyland has officially arrived. There are two players that I watched play STREET ball who actually made it to the league. One is Bones Hyland, the other is Aaron Wiggins who won King of the court. I think Wiggins will be one of the best 3 and D players soon. I am picking Denver to win the chip this year. Because of Bones Hyland.

This was Hyland last night.

Damn Banchero might be an All Star in his rookie season. The Magic really nailed that pick. I was hoping they'd take Jabari Smith Jr. who I like as a player but never saw as a 1st or 2nd option scoring threat. Now we gotta deal with Banchero for the next decade

Dude's 19 averaging 23 ppg and he ain't even hitting threes yet (has made 1 in his last 14 attempts) kinda scary

Once he develops a respectable deep ball it's over. He's nearly unguardable right now as it is

I agree he''s been really really good but don't worry he's from dook. Some short guy with a head band and striped socks will school him in the local ymca on the court and he will soon realize it was all a fluke.

And after the geezer works him over, the geezer will demand a refund and leave that particular ymca, and toss his basketball in the backseat of his car angry because he couldn't get quality run there  :P :D

banchero has completely changed trajectory for magic. he looks like a future top 5 player. i'd take him 10/10 over melo for future building block. **** magic and their #1 picks.

Thank god those mid 2000s days are over. That was my least fave Era of NBA since I started following in mid 80s.

Only thing I liked from that Era was the explosion of really talented euro players that helped change the league to a more shooting, Passing, movement style offense, opposed to the very heavy iso walk up the court style.

No I'd rather get blown out in the play-in than draft transcendent stars.

So upset we missed Aaron Wiggins by 1 pick. (we picked lewis at 56 wiggins went 55). He played 34 minutes tonight and had 17 pts and 7 rebs. OKC started him again. I also like that they have quite a few players I like. (Isaiah Joe, Tre Mann). I made a prediction that I think Wiggins will be better than Trey Murphy and I believe that because of Wiggins D and his dribble and penetration skills. He is 6'5 and can play 3 maybe even 4 positions due to his dribble. Out of all their young players he might be their best including Giddey.

It's safe to assume that Scottie Pippen will forever hate MJ for this.

By the way, I can't find the MJ thread. Was it deleted?
