Miller is a talent. Would help with ball movement in the 2nd unit too. Kid can pass the rock. He'd be like a McRoberts lite IMO.

Let's rectify the mistake we made in the first place. I'm all for it.

I'd do it now with the unknown surrounding JT's future.

Interesting training video that features Hornets' players Kemba Walker & Noah Vonleh extensively as well as other NBA players

Hate that it has to end for Nash like this, and I wish he had retired on any of the other 29 teams in the NBA (I can't stand the Lakers... I seriously couldn't even root for one of my all time favorite players), but at least nobody will ever remember his years in LA because they barely existed. He's always going to be a Phoenix Sun and a Dallas Maverick to me- my two favorite teams from the 2000s outside of Charlotte.

EDIT: This also comes days after I picked Nash for my fantasy team hoping I'd get 10-15 decent games out of him

I just realized I think I picked Nash also even though I predicted he'd play only 20-25 games this season.

Pelicans aren't going to pick up Austin Rivers 4th year option. Hes not going to be a stud or anything and probably only went as far as he has off of his last name, but why not just let Taylor go, pick Rivers up and get some confidence in the D League? I still think he can be a solid role player although we are extremely deep at the guard positions. Neal might be gone after this season, and who knows might become of Henderson. Just floating it out there. Hes a good guy with a really good work ethic.

There is just a taaaad bit of bias in this as a Duke fan watching him hit a dagger in Tyler Zellers eyes at the Smith dome, but hey why not?

Keep that arrogant Duke bum away from our team. That's what I think.

Came across this tonight on the GB.

Most steals in a quarter
8 by Fat Lever, Denver Nuggets (vs. Indiana Pacers) on March 9, 1985

Now this was before my time. I was born in 84, but this still was during a time of some insane NBA talent. As in Chamberlains 100 pt game, etc was not.

After more research I think Fat Lever is the most underrated player of all time. Just look at his stats. Dear Lord.

I'm surprised we haven't brung in Shavlik Randolph to replace Biz yet. Lol

Emeka Okafor is still out there....

Not saying that because hes a UCONN grad and all, but he would be amazing for 15 minutes a game.

I actually think Austin Rivers could figure it out and be an alright player. He should go to the D-Lea... I mean the Sixers for playing time.

This "Austin Rivers has potential" talk reminded me of an article I read YEARS ago about who the top 100 players in 2015 would be:
Any guesses to where Austin Rivers ended up?

I compare Rivers to Neal. Terrible comparison for a top 10 pick, but he will find his niche in the league. Bad move for the Pelicans to not exercise his 4th year.

Meyers Leonard is hitting threes now? Shooting 43% from deep over the last 5.

I'd take Dante Cunningham and Emeka Okafor over our current bench bigs

Return to Charlotte Hornets
