Yes. That one almost made me go into 'Incredible Hulk' rage

Morey flying to meet with Lowry is a tell - it might be a promise piece to lure Melo. The Rockets have already said they have a deal lined up for Lin (with the Magic who just dumped Jameer Nelson). Melo really seems to be their top priority.

It means I think we can snatch up Parsons before Melo gives his final word!!! Melo will not be rushed and all these teams have to pull off multiple transactions in order to fine tune their sales pitch before he even meets with them.

Parsons seems more attainable all of a sudden.

Much more attainable. I wonder who his reps are talking to right now since Morey is obviously dealing with Lowry as his number one priority?

I thought Carmelo Anthony were to be currently interviewing with the Chicago Bulls at midnight? Has that changed?

Dallas is hard after Parsons and Deng.

Hoping Deng hurries up and signs with them leaving Parsons to someone else.

Doesn't mean that handshake deals can't be made. Bonnell trying to make it seem like its just another night, when its really not.

catch20two wrote:Lol at Miami Big 3 giving Riley a window to improve roster or else. They want mafioso to work more magic than getting Ray Allen to take a 3 mil per year pay cut, Oden on a pay cut than what he coulda got from NOP, and Beasley on the minimum. Not to mention Haslem, Battier, and everybody taking less just to play in Miami. It's almost ludicrous. Lol. Get out there Riley and find more players willing to take pay cuts. Lol smh.

I guess now they are going to try to persuade Vince Carter, Shawn Marion, and/or Steve Blake into signing veteran minimum deals for the chance to 'win championships w/ LeBron James' by trying to brainwash them that they aren't that good anymore and that their market value has dried up so much that they should just sign with Miami. It's rather quite the predicament that I wouldn't understand how a competitor would find embellishing

Our first call was probably Jameer Nelson or some BS like that

Lance Stephenson's agent is a guy named Alberto Ebanks who only has two other players that he represent, Kyle O'Quinn and Scotty Hopson

I don't like the chances in my bet right about now

"Hey Parsons, it's Michael Jordan, yeah the greatest player ever, I see you have a lot of interest from multiple teams out there. Just wanted to let you know that you are our first option, not our second like the Mavs, Rockets, Bulls, etc. have you as. We want you more than anyone else. You are a perfect fit for us. Don't be someone's sloppy seconds. Jud Buechler had to deal with that all the time when we played together."
