Where is everyone getting these cool signatures from!

And can one be made of Stauskas with him doing the dunk at 00:43 in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... Lnaok#t=43

The more I watch film on him and read about him the more I am convinced he will be off the board by the time our pick rolls around.

Possibly. I hope not. But if he does, we'll still be in a good position to get a good player.

I have no objection to Nik Stauskus at all as a prospect . . . except that picture of his face in the Nik sig, he looks 14! I keep scrolling through the thread feeling like I'm being stared at by a kid!

Yeah, I could see that happening, but it does not seem like any team in the top 7 would reach for him. Only scenario that scares me is a team trades up to 8 with Sacramento and steals him.

I think if he goes to the right place and gets on the floor right away he will have a shot at rookie of the year. If he lands somewhere where he can play off other guys and not be the sole focal point he will do well right from the start.

He's the MCW sleeper pick in that he will fill the stat sheets with points and assists. If we draft him, I think he'll be top 5 in PER in this class.

I've thought about trading back with the Magic for 12. Magic will have Oladipo/Exum as their backcourt so I think they pass on Stauskas at 9. 10 would be the Sixers. I think they'll go with a major project like LaVine or Young. That leaves the Nuggets.

I think they're dying for Nik at 11.

I think he is my number six guy on my board. I will be voting for him on the big board from here on out. After Vonleh he is the best fit for our team in my opinion.

If we draft Nik, what will his stats be in lets say 20mpg?

I think it depends on who else we have on the wings. Do we move Henderson and does he play with Al. If he is in the starting lineup getting looks from Kemba and Al he will put up maybe 15/3/3 on very good percentages. If he has to lead our second unit as a scorer he will most likely put up less with worse percentages because he would be the focus of the unit. I think in the starting lineup he would help MKG score more to by spreading the defense and punishing the doubles on Al that clog the lane. The way he moves the ball when it comes to him will get others easy looks.

MKG would feast on the court with Kemba and Stauskas moving the ball around instead of Kemba and McRoberts.

I also wonder if adding Stauskas would change how we play McRoberts or even make us less likely to bring him back. As it is, we are putting the ball in his hands a lot to distribute. But if we have a 2 guard who can handle and pass very well then that means many less touches for McBob.

It's part of the reason why I want McRoberts gone and I want his money to spend.

That would mean we take Payne with #24 and give the starting spot to Cody ?
Or,

Take Back-up Point guard and sign Monroe.

I really do like McBob and would like to see him back. But I could see a scenario in which we move on without him. I don't think you can just take a PF at 24 and then depend on Zeller to start though. There has to be a vet brought in. Hopefully Taj Gibson and hopefully not Monroe.

Yeah, I could see that happening, but it does not seem like any team in the top 7 would reach for him. Only scenario that scares me is a team trades up to 8 with Sacramento and steals him.

I could see both Boston and LA showing interest in him at #6 and #7.

Good then maybe Randle will fall to us.
