Jazz fan are as high on Burks than they are Favors and Hayward.

Jazz fans are high on something to be high on any player from that disastrous season they had last season. Hayward and Favors weren't spring chickens. That was a embarrassment to be that bad of a team to any supposed respectable player and you've been in the league over 3 years. Lol, ha!

Whatever we possibly sign Hayward to, just know that Kemba & his agent will be looking for at least a million more annually when they come to the table about that extension

Walker will be looking at Kyle Lowry type money, thats more than feasible for him.

Not unless he's an all-star, will he get that type of money imo.

I'd be very surprised to see Kemba sign for $10M or more unless he really breaks out next season.

Knicks could throw money at the hometown kid next season. I've already come to terms with Kemba possibly getting 10-12M next year.

he and his agent can certainly hope for that deal, but it doesnt mean its a reality. kemba will be in the same situation next summer, as a restricted free agent. unless there is a team that desperately wants to overpay kemba to steal him away, then it seems unlikely he will get a similar deal. plus, the point guard position is much deeper than the shooting guard position these days.

We should offer him a 5/50 extension this summer. $8.7M / $9.35M / $10M / $10.65M / $11.3M [TO]. We're the only team allowed to give him raises that nice and a 5th year. Get em done ChoChoTrain.

I would only do that if he can prove he can be at least a somewhat efficient shooter

I'd like us to use our 5 year deal on MKG personally.

4/36 would be my Kemba offer with 4/40 at max.

I think we can offer any of our Bird Rights players 5 year deals. We're only allowed one five year max deal, and I doubt we have any of those.

Example: Paul George and George Hill both signed five-year deals under the new CBA.

Charlotte let Kemba become a RFA and they will have to overpay or watch him walk to another team, because I'm sure the Knicks or Nets among possibly a few other teams would be willing pay him about $12 million annually

Kyle Lowry wasn't a All-Star but he got that money, and to stay on topic, Gordon Hayward is a far from being a All-Star but he's demanding that money

I recognized where you stated 'imo' so I won't knock your opinion, but I'll throw my side dish of thought into the equation to see if you'll rethink that stance

In his 4th season tho. I see that as a certified vet. Can't be one of the worst teams in the league 4 years in as a top prospect. I like Favors but not Hayward. Hayward was holding him back. Lol jk. But to be serious Favors was the most valuable player on that team.

Kyle Lowry played like an all-star whilst leading his team to the playoffs.

Kemba will have to be at that level to command that type of money imo.

Kemba has not shown that level of ability yet.

well, thats the same deal that lowry got, which is what others said, not hayward's rumored deal +1 million more

and if kemba can improve in 2014-15, then i'd be happy to pay him 12 mil. and if kemba doesnt improve, then i'd be happy to let someone else pay him 12 mil.
