Yay more Roberts. ..

I'm really leaning towards wanting to draft Payne with our pick. Outside of Okafor, Russell, and Kaminsky he's the most offensively talented player in this draft at a position of need. He's a decent shooter but his playmaking is seriously impressive. He's skinny as heck, but his 6'7 wingspan gives him good size at point. His court vision is comparable to Chris Paul's but without the athleticism to match. He's the type of player that makes his teammates much better offensively than they otherwise would be, which is a hand in glove fit for this team.

Agreed. Would be so freaking happy if we drafted Payne.

lol "possibly". It gets worse and worse. Why not emphatically say we will definitely look into bringing him back. He only averaged 18 and 7 or so a game while Walker was out.

Well I'd certainly hope so, we need to bring back he and Biz on Bird Rights and then use the mid-level on a vet.

Kemba, Mo, Roberts
Batum, Lamb, Daniels
MKG, PJ
Zeller, Marvin, Kaminsky
Al, Biz, Hawes

Maybe move Marvin to backup SF and find a solid PF in FA.

Well mo is more than likely gone and I'm going to cry if we are stuck with Roberts.

I agree ... But I'd rather trade back for Lance to be our second PG than have Dellavedova on my squad...

Free agent guard Mo Williams anticipates meeting with #Cavs, league source tells @Clevelanddotcom. The team "very interested" in his return.

It's gonna come down to ring chasing vs. money. With his rights we can offer about $1m more annually or we can use the MLE if we have to.

I'm still not sure whether I even want Mo. Very much on the fence there. Dude is old and has lots of miles. Apparently we burned him out in like three weeks starting for us.

The thing that attracts me the most about him is his non-bird rights, which means we would still have the full MLE in our pocket to bring in another potential contributor.

@JaredZwerling
Source: Memphis and Mo Williams are closing in on a deal. Three or four years. Not done yet.

he is a really good fit there, 3-4 years is too long though IMO.

I have zero interest in a four year deal for Mo. Good for him if he can get that sort of commitment.

He's going to need a rascal to get up and down the court by the end of next year. Signing him on a 4 year deal is nuts. Mo should be getting 1 to 2 year deals max at this point.
